If your Suzuki is still covered under the manufacturer's warranty, then we’ll need to take care of everything that is set out in your logbooks. You can check in the logbook for what needs to be completed. Most log books are kept in the glovebox and you can flip to the first unsigned page and read what needs to be checked and changed.
When you book in for a Suzuki service through Lube Mobile, you can expect to be without your vehicle for about two (2) hours. This gives us enough time to get the service and safety inspections completed, with a little extra time if anything out of the ordinary needs to be fixed. If we do come across an issue that’s not covered under your service, we’ll contact you with an approximate time to fix and the cost. No additional work will be completed on the vehicle without your permission.
