Good hygiene can prevent infection from coronavirus as well as the common cold and flu.

With this in mind we wish to share with you what practices Lube Mobile have put in place to ensure the safety of our Customers and of our staff.

Prior to working inside a vehicle, the Lube Mobile technician will use the following procedure;

Traditional Hurdles with Mackay’s Old-School Mechanics

Getting a car service for Toyota, Holden, and other popular vehicles from traditional auto mechanics Mackay-wide often comes with its fair share of problems. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do you have mechanics who specialise in hybrid or electric cars?

Lube Mobile boasts a crew of seasoned mechanics well-versed in the intricacies of diverse vehicles, including those running on hybrid or electric systems.

All our mechanics go through meticulous evaluation and have at least four years in the industry. Our team hails from reputed dealerships, specialty repairers, and even international hubs. We make sure they stay up to date with the latest in automobile technology through further internal and external training courses so they are prepared to address the unique needs of each vehicle.

Are there mechanics in Mackay that offer after-hours service?

Finding mechanics Mackay residents trust to provide after-hours service can be challenging. While there may be a few options available, the quality and expertise might not always hit the mark. Due to the limited availability of twenty-four-hour mechanic support, those offering after-hours service may not have the same level of expertise or resources.

For optimal services, it’s always a smart move to schedule your automotive repairs or maintenance during regular operating hours instead of relying on whatever mechanics Mackay has available at odd hours. At Lube Mobile, you can book your first appointment as early as 8.00 a.m., and our last arrival time ranges from 2.00 to 4.00 p.m., depending on the workload.

We’re open almost every day of the year, with just a few exceptions – Christmas, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday and Sunday, and Anzac Day. Otherwise, even on public holidays, we’ll have a limited crew geared up to assist you.

What should I prepare before booking an appointment with your mechanics?

Before you schedule an appointment with Lube Mobile’s mechanics, it helps to have some important details ready.

First and foremost, you should have your vehicle’s essential information at hand, including the make, model, and year.

You should also specify your preferred service location with the address and any special instructions for locating the vehicle. If you can’t see your suburb or region listed, just reach out to us, and we’ll find the nearest Lube Mobile to you.

Lastly, please kindly indicate your availability for the service, including the preferred date and time.

If you know what is wrong with your car, you can ask for a quote online or over the phone. So, be prepared to articulate your service or repair needs, such as any symptoms or warning lights displayed on the dashboard. This way, you won’t be surprised by any major service cost later on.
