How to Maximise Subaru Performance with Lube Mobile

The typical Subaru driving experience is smooth, reliable, and built to last, but what happens when you need a Subaru car service or safety inspection done?

Regular Subaru inspections are more than just a routine maintenance procedure; they contribute to your vehicle’s long-term health and safety. Think of it as a medical check-up for your vehicle: crucial for preventing issues and ensuring it runs as smoothly as it did when you first drove it out of the showroom.

Let’s take a closer look at Subaru car service and discover how Lube Mobile is revolutionising the servicing landscape by bringing tailored solutions straight to your driveway.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What’s the importance of getting regular inspections for my Subaru?

Regular Subaru car service or maintenance is crucial for maintaining the vehicle’s overall health, performance, and longevity. Consistent check-ups allow mechanics to identify and address small issues before they escalate, become more costly to fix, and compromise your safety. For instance, a general tune-up or brake service could catch issues early and prevent brake or engine issues from developing.

Additionally, regular inspections ensure that all systems are running efficiently, contributing to better fuel efficiency and smoother handling. Regular inspections and maintenance can also greatly improve your car’s resale value down the line.

Regular inspections safeguard both your vehicle and your well-being on the road. Whether it’s an oil change, tune-up, brake service, or diagnostics, have a Subaru car service performed by certified Subaru car service mechanics from Lube Mobile and keep your vehicle running smoothly and safely.

We can provide all this and more by bringing the workshop to your driveway. Just book your preferred schedule, and our mechanics can typically be on-site within twenty-four hours. We provide mobile car and tyre services Monday through Saturday.

What’s included in a Subaru major maintenance service?

Generally speaking, a major Subaru car service may vary depending on your car model, its age, and the particular car service station or service provider. That being said, a Subaru major maintenance service may include the following service items:

  • Filter and oil change
  • Air filter replacement
  • Fluid check and top-up or replacement
  • Brake system inspection (may include replacements)
  • Tyre inspection (tyre rotation may or may not be included)
  • Battery tests and cable checks (which may include replacements)
  • Fuel system check (fuel filter replacement may or may not be included)
  • Exhaust system inspection
  • Cooling system inspection
  • Steering and suspension diagnostics
  • Lights and electrical system diagnostics

Typically, you’ll receive a comprehensive report detailing the checks and any potential issues discovered during the service.

Some services, like Lube Mobile’s Ultimate Service, may also include cleaning or detailing as part of the service. Subaru car service prices may vary between major inspections as well, depending on how comprehensive you’d like to go with your vehicle.

The above is only a general list and might not fully represent what’s included in a Subaru car service for every model. It’s also best to check your owner’s manual and get a detailed service scheduled according to your vehicle’s warranty or maintenance requirements. Feel free to ask our customer service team for a Subaru car service cost comparison for our offered services as well.

Is it necessary to use Subaru-approved parts for repairs?

When it comes to repairs, using genuine Subaru parts largely depends on your specific needs, warranty status, and preferences. When it comes to Subaru parts replacement, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts are specifically designed to meet the automaker’s specifications for their vehicles.

If you’re thinking of using aftermarket parts for your Subaru car service, however, there are a few factors to consider:

  • Warranty. If your Subaru is under warranty, using non-approved parts could void the warranty or provide specific warranty coverage for the repaired part.
  • Quality and compatibility. While individual parts may be compatible with your vehicle in general, specific brands or designs may not be. To ensure optimal performance and longevity, consult with your Lube Mobile mechanic first regarding parts compatibility with your Subaru.
  • Resale value. If you’re planning on putting your car on the market, using official or Subaru-approved parts could maintain or improve its resale value.

Ultimately, it’s not strictly necessary to use genuine Subaru parts outside of specific circumstances. Quality aftermarket parts can also be an appropriate and cost-effective choice, particularly for vehicles out of warranty.

Discuss your warranty terms with your Lube Mobile mechanic first before deciding how you’d like your Subaru car repair to proceed.
