Lube Mobile Hygiene Practices When Servicing Customers Vehicles

There is evidence that the Coronavirus (COVID-19) spreads from person to person, some reports suggest the virus can last for several days on surfaces including plastics found in vehicles.

Good hygiene can prevent infection from coronavirus as well as the common cold and flu.

With this in mind we wish to share with you what practices Lube Mobile have put in place to ensure the safety of our Customers and of our staff.

Prior to working inside a vehicle, the Lube Mobile technician will use the following procedure;

  1. The technician will check with you whether you have been overseas and ordered to comply with a self-isolation order.

  2. Disinfect car.

  4. Where possible avoid switching on HAVAC system (air conditioning / heater control).

Disinfect Car

  2. Spray or wipe all relevant areas inside the vehicle.

  3. Allow disinfectant to sit for up to 10mins to dry by airing out the vehicle.

  4. Conduct works inside the vehicle.

  5. When the work is finished we will give the vehicle a final spray or wipe prior to returning the vehicle to you (including outside door handle).

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What factors influence the price of Subaru service?

There are a number of factors that affect the Subaru service price, but the main ones include the overall inclusions (work done in the service) and the general mechanical labour.

Overall inclusions

Subaru car service generally follows regularly scheduled maintenance. This encompasses procedures such as multi-point inspections, oil filter replacements, engine oil changes, tyre upkeep, and more.

We at Lube Mobile understand that those considering the Subaru service price model simply want to plan ahead of time with a service estimate. That’s why, on top of our comprehensive auto care, we provide itemised quotes before any work is done – all so you can stay in control of costs.

Mechanical labour

Additionally, the Subaru maintenance cost also depends on how long the mechanics work on your vehicle. It’s standard for most workshops; the more complex the tasks, the longer the servicing, and the steeper the automotive mechanic or technician price.

But with us at Lube Mobile, we pride ourselves on keeping our servicing costs reasonably priced and competitive. Plus, for our on-site servicing, not only can you save on towing fees and taxi fares, but you can also rest assured that we only charge for ordinary labour time and never travel time.

Are Subaru service prices different for different models?

Similar to other automotive care options, the Subaru service price depends on the make and model of your specific vehicle. At the end of the day, it’s all about how easy it is to find parts for your car and work with its general system.

To give you an idea, an older vehicle model might call for a heftier Subaru maintenance price. This could come from heavy use issues that stack up over time or the challenging search for compatible older-generation components.

On the other hand, a newer vehicle model is more likely to have a system with less wear, which could typically mean a lower Subaru service price. There’ll also generally be more compatible parts for current-generation Subaru vehicles, which ultimately makes sourcing simpler.

However, regardless of the age of your vehicle, we at Lube Mobile are here to help you with your auto needs. No longer will you have to search for terms like ‘diesel mechanics near me’ or ‘mechanic shops near me’ on the web.

For vehicles less than seven years old, we offer a log book service, allowing you to follow your log book’s specified service schedule. As for vehicles over seven years old, we provide an annual or 15,000 km option or a three-year option conducted every three years or 45,000 km. However, we also have the Ultimate Service, our pinnacle offering, which includes an engine management system diagnostic scan.

Are there financing options for Subaru service?

When it comes to the Subaru service price from manufacturer workshops, there may not be financing options available – just direct payment.

We at Lube Mobile accept pay-later options such as Zip, Humm, and Afterpay. This way, you don’t have to be limited to paying for the entire Subaru service price right away. You can get your vehicle serviced by us now, drive comfortably, and make instalments over time.

We also accept EFTPOS, all major credit cards (such as American Express and Diners), cash, cheque, FleetCard, Motorpass, and MotorCharge. Should components need to be ordered to complete repairs, you can have peace of mind knowing that we won’t have you pay the major service cost upfront in full. We’ll just need a partial deposit on the day of the visit.
